I've gone about a week and a half with masturbating. It definitely had an affect on sex drive. Sometimes, I would get hard even when a girl walked in the room, and that was only for a week! I read about a research team that tried to see how long you had to go before you had a wet dream. They said they abstained from ejaculation for over a month. According to most people, it nearly drives you insane. They say you can't even look at yourself naked. It definitely would be an interesting experiment if you really put your mind to it. The best way to do it is not to keep track, or if you do, don't think about it a lot. For instance, don't say: I've gone 10 days without masturbating, now I've gotta make it through tonight.
