It's because of the massive amounts of hormones in your body right now. I know it's REALLY annoying. It happens to me all the time. Just try to think about something else when you get one. I always imagine myself playing the drums because that requires concentration. I don't know if masturbating really affects how often you get erections, but wearing more comfortable underwear ie. boxers. They can help since there isn't as much pressure down there.
