Help getting in shape?
i think im overwieght and would like to lose the weight and put on some muscle. ive never worked out before so i wouldnt know where to start. i wanna tone my biceps triceps and of course my abs. any kind of advice please

I have had friends who have lost weight and they say the best way was through physical exercise, especially running.
As for working out, I would say definitely take it slow. It is easy to overexert yourself the first day in the gym and you will be so sore, you may think about not even returning. So exert just enough so that you are not too sore.
A big key is to get a gym partner. If you find someone to go to the gym with you, it is harder to slack off. They will motivate you and maybe you are competitive which would motivate you to be more fit than him or her.
Visit the gym, there are tons of things there that can help you.
