Please help i have a kidney stone in the midle of my uretha?

and i reeeeeeeeealy need to pee i have to pee more than i hurts ive drank a little more than a gallon of water and tried pushing on my bladder whitch feels very very big and hard pleeeeeeeease help any advice really helpful!!

i think something bad just happend i was trying too pee and i was pushing on my bladder really hard and i felt something kinda like snap or something and i felt something like warm watter run over my lower belly below the belly button
