Chest and arm?
Friday, Saturday and today I've been experienceing off and on pain in my left side of my chest and into half of my left arm. Friday i was plain around and my friend and i were having a contest on who was stronger so we put a kid in a middle of a table and lifted it, In which i'm not used to having. I'm 14, what should i do and do u think i pulled a mussle, would a cold pack help it?

it could be your heart problem, if you have genetic problem in the heart, it may show when you are a teenager
when people have a heart attach, they can feel chest pain and radiate to the left arm, too
if it is a muscle problem, wait for a while, it should heal; if it continues, then you should see a doctor
