Involuntary gasp when urinating?!

Question:

Involuntary gasp when urinating?

hi,

I've got a male body question ...
You know how you sometimes have an involuntary gasp or quiver when passing water / urinating? Well, do you know for fact why do we get that? I can hazard a guess or theory but I'd like to find out for sure.

Thanks,
