Low sex drive and weaker errection?!


Question:

Low sex drive and weaker errection?

I am male 36. I have got my sex drive very low (low libido). And my errections are not as hard as they used to be. Can anybody tell me causes and cure? Any useful tips from personal experience please?

I have got severly depress, loss of confidence and self esteam.
