I'm Scared. Please help me coz i dont know what is happening....?

I masturbate regularly and for a while i have been ok. Now though i am starting to ejaculate and it isnt coming out very easily. it tends to be vey sticks. Also after ejaculation my penis gets smaller. i sometimes get erections in the car on long road trips and sometimes i lose my erection halfway through masturbation. what is going on???
