All routines if you want a proportional body. You do not want to do all push ups only. Push ups are basically targeting the chest and arms. You should exercise all your body muscles, from legs, butt, waist, abs, back, chest, arms, wrist, shoulders, etc... Jogging is also advised as this will develop your lungs and is good for your heart. The more lung capacity, the more stamina.
