I have a good sexual relationship ,but my girlfriend said that I have a problem,when I got exited ,I have a lot of liquid,not sperm,its before ejaculation,it seems a natural lubrificator.Do you know if is possible to cure this? there is any treatment for this? anyone knows a site wich could help me?

it sounds like its just seminal fluids. a lot of people confuse semen and sperm so here's the difference: sperm is made by the testicles and is what helps cause impregnation. the semen is made by the prostate and helps provide nutrients to the sperm when it enters the vagina. it helps the sperm survive inside the vagina, which naturally can kill of a good portion of the sperm. normally you produce semen just before you ejaculate, but if there is a prolonged period of arousal it does began to flow before the ejaculation. (before you asked prolonged arousal will vary from guy to guy)
it is perfectly natural and does not require treatment or cure. if your gf has a problem with this then maybe you shouldn't be having sex with her, and if she thinks semen is a problem she shouldn't be having sex period.
the only time you should seek medical help is if there is an unusual odor (only you know what unusual is for you) or there is some discoloration in the semen. normally it is clear but if there is sperm in it, it can be white, yellowish or even silver in color. if there is blood then you might want to seek medical attention. (if drinking more water doesn't help).
