How do you work out your lower abs??!


Question:

How do you work out your lower abs??

I have a decent six pack, but like the upper muscles are bigger then the lower and the bottom two abs are not visible. I wanna get an 8 pack, so how can i work out the bottom abs and not the top or just work out the bottom and the top as lil as posible.?

Answers:

Instead of regular situps/crunches, try:
1. partner situps: seesaw motion where you face each other while lying down, grasp hands and one sits up while the other is relaxed and lying down
2. Leg raises (partner or individual)
3. hold your legs out straight 6 inch above ground for say, 15 sec, or however long you can hold it (use your abs not just your legs). Then rest, repeat
4. bicycle your legs while in crunch position
5. Do twists for side and lower abs
6. pull your legs up to torso instead of upper body towards torso like regular situp
