Question:

Keys to a health self esteem?

I have about a year left tell i finish college and so therefore I am poor. Haven't been out in ages cause i need to save my money so I don't have a women. I over weight by 20 pounds which I hope to get off by the summer. I do have my own pad but am often lonly. What else can I do? if anything other than finish school. I thought about joining a rugby club as I rather stay fit then be a drunk any other suggestions?

Help me make this last year of college a great year for me.

Side note: a women ran me in a ditch and I have yet to get out of my hole of sht


Answers:

You start to look at yourself with a different view.
Try to get some on line friends:save and they don't see you,so can't judge your appearance.
At the same time:eat less than you are used to and do some daily routine:like hiking,biking etc.
Find something you really like,then you will do that.
Suppose the weight is gone,then what?
You need to join a discussion group or something else to connect to other people.
Or do you want to stay lonely in your own pad?
I don't think so.
But try the Internet first.
Start a 360 page:that way you get friends too.
