one of my friends told me he was circumsized, but he grew his foreskin bac. Is this possible?
Answers:
It is, to an extent.
However, you can't restore the nerve endings, frenulum, and such. Here is a link that shows what you can restore ("stretch out") and what is lost:

On top of that, it takes quite a bit of effort. Usually it takes about a year (or more) to do so. It's not as easy as going to other way.

Some guys who do this just do it enough to achieve a 'loose' circumcision (like if they're cut so tight that they need lubes, and so on).
