ok ive been working out 4 about 3 months now and ive been lifting like 30 for each arm about 12 each when will i b able to lift more i workout every other day im 15 and i weigh 150 and any advice 4 a good workout with free weights?


Answers:

Try something that I do. Start Lifting 30 lbs. until you can't lift it any more. Then go down to 25 or 20 lbs. and lift it till you can't any more. Then go to 15 or 10 lbs. Then do 5 lbs. and lift till you can't. This is a very good workout and it will work your muscles more than just lifting only 30 lbs.

Yet, this is not the only workout that you could be doing.
