When you're starting to masturbate your semen is usually more clear, but that will change when you mature more. If you're not a young beginning teenager, then it's just the fact that that's the way both of your bodies are. He has white semen, and you have more clear semen. Another reason could be because you masturbate more, which means he has more time to restock then you, making his semen whiter. It could also have to do with what you eat. it doesn't really matter that much though.
