I am only after answers from people who have tried this stuff. Does it work?

I ask this not because I am inadequate in size ... well I guess us men can always do with a couple of extra inches! I checked my mail today and I was flooded with no less than 20 different emails selling penis products.

Are there any products that actually work? Or is it all a scam?
