make sure you drink 1/2 your body weight (lbs) in ounces of distilled water each day. That'll keep you properly hydrated and allow toxins to flush out and your body to utilize energy better. Also don't just eat 3 meals a day you want to have 5 or 6 smaller ones. have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, snack. you shouldn't go more than 3 waking hours without putting something nutritious in your body and don't eat at least 3 hours before going to bed. Eat lots of raw vegetables and fruit and lean protein. This will help kick start your metabolism and the water will keep it all moving properly. Think of a campfire.....if you let the fire go down to coals and then throw a large log on it, it will sputter for a long time before catching light and you are left with a big hunk of coal at the end. but if you keep feeding the fire with smaller bits of wood constantly then the fire burns really strong and all the fuel is used up. your body is the same way if you go a long time before eating your body has to work harder to digest and burn that fuel and so much of it may store as fat but if you eat smaller but more often, your body can use it all up.
