I have really itchy balls, ill be sitting and have to stnad up because they itch so mch. Also, i developed red bumps around the groin area and its gone up my leg. could the red bumps be chafing and wdf is up with my balls

it could be an allergy reaction, maybe it is because the underwears that you wear

or it can be caused by fungal infection, which people call it jock itch

it might be caused by the pants that you wear, too

change the type of underwear and pants that you wear, that may go away

if it continues, it could be infection
