Working 16hrs and sleeping 4 to 5 hrs daily,what is the possible disadvantage?!

Working 16hrs and sleeping 4 to 5 hrs daily,what is the possible disadvantage?

i have been working 16 hrs for past 2and 1/2 years and Im in my 30's. i tarve 1.20 hrs daily. is this bad for health,and what are possible disadvantage of this. please help me because recently Im feeling not good for last 3 months.


Answers:

Not only bad for your health but it can affect your social life and worst your job. Sleep deprivation can cause memory loss. You tend to forget things easily and sometimes get disoriented. You tend to become more impatient and therefore irritable. Also you just simply do not have the energy to do other things. This can be dangerous as you tend to rush to get things done. A friend of mine is sleep deprived. He feel asleep while driving his car and crashed it. Thankfully no other people where hurt and he escaped minor injuries.

Set your priorities in life. You should balance work and your health. You are not a nuclear powered human being.
