Is my penis size normal?

I get self-concious that it's too small so I just want to know. I'm 13 years old (I'll be 14 in September) and I'm white.

When my penis is soft:

Length - 2 inches
Width- 1 1/4 inches
Girth - 3 inches

When hard:

Length - 5 inches
Width - 1 1/2 inches
Girth - 4 inches

So.... is it normal?
