Would half a million men, a year, in the USA alone, get vasectomies, if they stopped a mans ability to orgasm? I think not. It got mine back in 1989, when I was 21. I will be 41 in July. I have had around 3000 orgasms since then.
Only the sperm ducts are cut. The sperm can no longer mix with the semen. The semen is unchanged (most people don’t know that sperm and semen are two different things).
A vasectomy has about the same chance of affecting your sexual performance as getting your teeth cleaned, or getting a tattoo.
