Why do some peeple sweat alot more than others?

I sweat alot. Even if the weather is cool outside, I tend to sweat. When participating in a sporting event, such as playing basketball, my shirt gets drenched with sweat, while others are barely sweating.

I tend to sweat alot even if it's cool outside.. When i'm participating in some sports activity such as playing basketball, my shirt gets drenched w/ sweat, while others are barely sweating.. I'm not overweight, I'm actually pretty fit and have been working out for the last 8 years consistently. What could cause so much sweating in a non-obese person?

Same here, having done Psychology in Uni, I think it really is that you notice it, and your conscious of it, that makes you sweat a lot more. Obviously some people just do, and that might be for any number of physiological reasons. My advice. Don't worry about it. Half the time. A woman gets turned on by the pheromones and all that. I notice sometime women sitting, eh...quite provocatively near me. lol. I'm a sweaty bollix. lol
