Answers:

I have been lifting weights for years.I would without a doubt say you are doing to much. You should work a muscle (say your pecs for instance) no more than twice a week you need about three days to recover, thats when the growth happens in the muscle. No more than seven reps, you only use higher reps if you are more interesed in tone and definition.
Also try doing sets, like the bench press you mentioned for example,do a set of seven reps with 95 then increase the weight about 20 pounds and do 6 reps, add another 20 pouns and do five reps, this how bodybuilders do it. It trains the muscle more.
Cut down on the biking, it does the opposite of what you are trying to do which is gain mass.
You have to also take in 2000 calories a day, and I mean meats, breads, vegtables etc Doritos and snickers do not count.
