200 pushups, 200 situps + swim team=noticeable difference?
so if i do 200 pushups and 200 situps atleast 5 nights a week and i'm going swim team, by the end of the summer will i be able to notice a difference in muscle?

200 situps nonstop
33, 33, 34 for first 100 pushups
25, 25, 25, 25 for second set of 100 pushups
i'm already extremely skinny (age 14, 91lb, 5'2)

Yep, but not much in your whole body. Do less pushup and situps and add, equilize, and accomplish more excersises.
Push-ups = Arm strength
Sit-ups = Back/Arm strength
Swimming = Leg strength
Try to do weights (try basic then advance) and jump-roping. Those are really good excersises.
