Im 14 years old 4 inches(penis) I started pieuverty but i dont think im that far in it, i only got piuvic hair and started acne., is this normal? [[sorry for my spelling]]

Every boys puberty process is different. My oldest son started going throu it at approx age 11 and I hope is almost done with it at age 15. My youngest boy is 12 and he hasn't even started any of the puberty symtoms. I have no idea what my 15 year old son's penis size is, but I do know he had the voice cracking and acne. He still does not have much body hair. He still has the acne, but a much deeper voice, and thinks almost every girl he sees is "hot". You sound like you are going thru the process normally so don't stress :)
