Ya...ok well I am 15 years old, 140 lbs., and am 5'7". And my penis is 6" long when erected, but when not, it is about 2" or 3" long, I am not exactly sure what is wrong, and it's not only when it's cold. So, is this normal?

Yes...2 or 3 inches is more than fine. Some guys only have an inch or so when not erect. I am about 6.5 erect and about 1.5 to 2 inches when not erect. It sucks, but yes, it is normal. Enjoy what you have when erect. 6 is a good size. Not too big, not too small. Some people aren't as lucky as you. :)
