Bumps beneath penile skin?
I'm a teenage male. I am not sexually active. Underneath the skin on my member are small white bumps; they're also underneath the skin of my genitals. They look like small pimples, but haven't gone away...I have had these for years. Occasionally one will seem to rise and I can push stuff out of it like a pimple. Any ideas? hopefully nothing to see a doctor over

hey dude, relax. That's normal. Those bumps are (ur right) pimples in the skin of our rods. Plus, some of those bumps near the base could also be hair wanting to come out.
