Im having problems.?!

Question:

Im having problems.?

This is about masterbation. I have been doing it for a couple of years. Now whenever I am about to ejaculate I get this very bad headache that hurts so badly. It didn't start until about 2 weeks ago and will come every time I masterbate. I have to take pain killers or something like it in order to stop the pain. I am very shy around doctors so I can't consult them. The headache stays for about 25 minutes and is severely painful. Please help me.

Answers:

There are numerous theories as to why this would occur. And unlike the answers above me, I do not believe it is common or you should get used to it.

What is the position of your head when you masturbate? Are you looking down at your penis or are you looking forward? If you are looking down at your penis, you should start looking forward (straight in-front of you) so your neck is not strained at all. Make a conscious effort to relax your neck and shoulder muscles before and during your masturbation. If you are lying down, lie on your back, staring at the ceiling with adequate pillows and support for your neck and head.

A headache may also be caused by the rush of blood to your head when you are in an extreme state of excitement. During masturbation, when you feel the headache coming on, slow your masturbation down and try to relax yourself a bit. This might help with the blood rushing to your head. In fact, after the orgasm, blood actually leaves your head, so it should improve (even marginally) a couple of minutes after orgasm.

I've had a headache during/after masturbating before myself, and I've tried these techniques and it helps very much.

Hope you feel better!
