Husband problems?

My husband is in his mid sixtys,had heart bypass ,authoritis and is a diabetic, and refuses to slow down. He is working on something all the time, and makes a garden, deer hunts and walks a lot more than he should.I simply cannot get him to slow down. He is more active than many young men and simply will not sit and relax. He has me worried to death. Is there anything I can do about this without nagging or putting undue pressure on him?I'm afraid he is going to kill himself.

I am sorry to hear that. My father in law is the exact same way and age. What if you planned a relaxing trip together once in a while, then he would be forced to chill sometimes. Like a Bed & Brakfast in the country, or since he likes to hunt; maybe a fishing trip at a quiet lake? Thats all I can think of other than sneaking him some muscle relaxers or valume in his food, which sounds a little harsh but it would slow him down (may not be an option with a heart condition though).
