Hey anybody know what food i need to get my muscles bigger and my fat ate away?

somthing to help me with my workout/ training

eating lots of proteins of course, chicken, fish, etc. and go to your local gnc or vitamin shop and talk to them, they are experts in this. remember that steady weightlifting burns more calories that just cardio alone simply because it takes more calories to build muscle, find you a good program that is intense and stick with it!
