LOOK I KNOW HIM VERY WELL HE IS A STRAIGHT GUY BUT HAVING FEMININE CHARAC HE FEELS VERY DEPRESSED ABT THIS PROB .CAN ANY ONE HELP HIM BY TELLING US ABT THE PROB & REASONS & SOLUTION FOR TIS PROBLEM . BECAUSE HE IS LEADING TOWARDS ANOTHER PROBLEM CALLED SOCIAL DISORDER DUE TO THIS .

I've been through a lot more than your 15 year-old brother regarding "effeminate qualities", being teased, called names...basically most of my life untilseveral years ago. It was a combination of being thin and really handsome, so much that I was mistaken for a woman if I had my hair cut like a surfer/beach bum like River Phoenix (see opening of "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade").
I know you said he is straight, but eventually someone is going to suggest he might be gay because of his being effeminate. DON'T let people tell you that's OK and natural. It's not, as already evidenced by his conscience giving him depression over just behaving effeminate and not manly. he also might not be telling you he is having homosexual urges, IF, he is. Believe me, I really understand what he might be going through.
Right now, I am doing awesome. It's not because of church, or religion, it's because I got so down and out I asked God to show me the truth about Jesus Christ. He answered! If you take your car to the dealership when it breaks down, why not go to your Creator when YOU break down? Unless you don't believe in God or something.
Tell your brother I understand what he is going through and there's hope! Get a Bible and have him read the book of John.
P.S. Why do people keep suggesting that we go to a counselor for help? Is this because we've abandoned the notion that there's a God who wants to fulfill our lives because He created us? Probably...
Counselor: "Oh, you're OK, it's OK..blah blah blah...now pay me so I can keep counseling you for the next 7 years while you never change." HA! Man does not have the answers.
