I been having pressure on left side of my head on top of my left eye and in the !

I been having pressure on left side of my head on top of my left eye and in the back on the left side?

for 2 weeks now ever since the weather changed every day i been waking up to work and as soon as i get there i get this weird headache pressure on left side of my head in the back and my left forehead.... i been taking excedrin which works ok but i am kind of worried and i'd like to get some input from anyone whos had any similar situations... I had a similar problem back in january and the doc said it was a sinus infection but that was when i had insurance unfort i no longer do.. I dont want to take excedrin everyday now I mean is there any one here that can help with suggestions,. oh and by I called this freind of mine whos doing residency (doc) and he said its probably migrane... what do you guys think? and and yes my left eye twitches sometimes too.. and as far as my nose its clear, no stuffing.. i can breath well..

I am a big sinus infection prone kinda person, trust me, if you can, go get the anti-biotic, if not try Extra Strength Tylenol Sinus Pain and Congestion. Works temporarily, take it as directed.
