I've read that zinc and lecithin supplements can be taken to increase ejaculate volume. Is dedicated daily consumption of the supplements necessary, or can they be taken a certain period of time before ejaculation to achieve results?

He's not asking whether it works, he's asking about whether he needs to continually have it in his system to have the desired effect.
I don't have any first hand experience, but I would conjecture that something like this probably varies from person to person anyway. Why not just experiment on your own?
