Little lumps on outside of sack?
on my testicle "sack" i have these little lumps the size of maybe a pea.... 2 on the left side near the top and about 5-6 more throughtout the rest...they are like little pimpils thoughout...through time they shrink and mayeb new ones come in, but is tehre any such thing as this

If they itch could be chiggers. If you don't think that is it try medicated powder. Could be something like Jock Itch.
