Question:

What can have a good and bad effect on sperm?-Diet related?

Ok..i started only eating vegies and fruit..and leave all the others. I eat 1 mango 4 dinner and 1 pita at lunch which are veggie plus no breakfast.

Does this affect my sperm because i jerked off and there seems to be 90% of sperm and 10% of white liquid...because most of the time its all aperm with 5% of white fluid.

And does BIKING affect my sperm?

I bike 1 hour a day...

Plus..what should I eat to produce and make more sperm

(INCLUDE VEGETABLES THAT WILL HEP IT PRODUCE AND OTHER FOOD I SHOULD EAT TO PRODUCE SPERM)

I'm 14 and I'm on a big diet-No meat at all or junk food

Ca someone tell me what junk food should I eat and not-What kind of cooked meat should I eat...And are fries the coz of fat? How many times should I eat them a week? and popcorn?-are they bad too?

And is GATORADE makes u fat and bad for your sperm production

foods to increase sperm: walnuts, oysters (zinc content), pineapples (to sweeten the taste), vitamin E, sasasprilla, berries.
