Firstly, you're going to be more insecure about your penis if you keep telling yourself "it's the worst". You would be surprised to know that these huge "ideal" 8-inch penises wouldn't fit into every single woman without pain! So don't feel so insecure about the size, the woman is still going to be pleasured as we have millions of nerves down there so not to worry!

Fordyce spots are completely normal. Women have many things that we could be embarassed about with our vaginas too. Ingrown hairs, bodily smells, and the overall appearance of the vagina can often be just as embarassing for women.
