How can i build more muscle on my upper body (i.e. arms, torso and abs)?

i'm 14 years old 5 foot 8 inches and only 130 lbs i want to build more muscle for the summer time can any one tell me some exercises to do to build all those parts please be specific say how often how many reps and any other info you feel is valuable

Eat Big, Lift Big, Think Big and Get Big!!

For Upper Body, you'll want to work your chest and triceps one day, your back and biceps another day, and your shoulders and abs another day. This ensures that you focus on each of these muscles groups intensely per workout session. Immediately after working out, take a protein shake w/ 50grams of protein. (Double Scoop -Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein (Double Chocolate my favorite))

Eat big meals that are high in protein and complex carbohydrates. Take a protein shake with milk right before going to bed.and get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
