I've been bodybuilding for a while now but find it hard it eat right at work. what should i pack for my dinner


Answers:

how about lean meat on whole wheat bread with mustard? or hummus on whole wheat pita bread? lots of raw fruits and veggies. yogurt is always good, too. chunky vegetable soup will help you eat less, too.
