Guys...how should I deal with this person?

My fiancé has a best friend that he has known for years. They have always been there for each other. My partner never took his previous girlfriend anywhere with him, but he likes to take me with him when he goes out.
His friend hates this. He goes out of his way to insult me if the four of us (he has a girlfriend) go out together. But he is careful to do it when my fiancé isnt within earshot.
The worst thing is that he will constantly ask my fiancé opinion of women that walk by, he asks him if he thinks they are hot. Then he'll look at my face to see my reaction, I do my best to ignore it. Several times when we have been over to their house he has ask my fiancé to look at porn, even given it to him to look when I have been sitting right next to him. My financé tells him to cut it out, ignores it or tells him he's not interested, but he wont stop. He doesnt do this to his other friends if they are there too.
It really irritates me, I ignore it, but he wont stop. What should I do?

Oh, and his gf is bi and he keeps telling me I should learn from her and take and interest in girls too. That confused the hell out of me.
Im not going to refuse to associate them because that would put a strain of my fiancé's friendship with him.
I just need to know from a guys perspective why he is doing this and how to handle it.

one night he brought over some tequila and informed me that no woman had drunk him under the table, and none ever would and he kept giving me drinks so I out drank him to prove a point. I shouldnt have, because he got pretty angry after.

sometimes he is really nice...acts all considerate and like a gentleman...and other time....like a 3year old with issues.

Seems to me hes doing the old "looking out for my bro" trick

When he says something bad to you when your bf is not around then ignore him.When he offers your bf porn then say something like "oh (movies name),never watched that before" then ask your bf if you 2 could watch it tonight while making love.Your bf's friend will get mad.When he talks about girls to your bf then say something like "wow shes good looking" or something like that and joke with your bf and give him a big kiss right infront of the friend.This will p!ss him off.
When he does something that would upset you then use it at your advantage

He will soon get the picture and stop.
