The top of my penis have become red is it anything serious?If i have to go for a check up can i just go to my usual clinic???

it's the glan that has turn red and i didn't have sex with anyone.

how red is it? and how big is that area?
did you do something to it, such as masturbation that caused the redness?
do you feel the pain in that area, did you recently have sex with someone?
if you didn't do anything to it , it could just be caused by some extra friction which should go away in a while; if you had sex with someone, then it could be STD, then you will have to go see a doctor for std checkup
