i need some tips to build up my muscles.....
i am ready to take excercises to a good extent....


Answers:

One of the hardest things to do is tell a person how to make a muscle grow, we all have different life styles and our genetic makeup and ability to recover are all different. My best suggestion to you is that you follow this as a template and build off of what ever works best with your own body:
Eat more.....you really need to bulk up and gain weight before you can make muscle magically appear, now I am not saying eat garbage and get fat but I am saying that you should boost your calorie intake.
Eat continually, I would highly suggest snacking through the day.....by doing this you will keep your metabolism at a high rate.......keep the trail mix handy, seeds and nuts are your best friend when snacking
Rotate your exercises, Do not, I repeat do not stay on a routine.
Finally, this is just a suggestion, Work and focus only on your 3 major body parts; Back, Chest, and Legs. Do one day on one day rest. This will help you build the primary muscles and release higher amounts of testosterone into your system.
