What are the symptoms of walking pnumonia??!
Question: I have been sick (on and off) since Thanksgiving. I have a deep cough, and it feels like my lungs are filled with goop.
I have chestpain, and everytime i cough, my entire stomach hurts.
I am up and about, but I still feel awful.
With that, here are my questions:
1) I am unable to go to the doctor. My parents dont have insurance to take me, but anyway, I was given the antibiotic "Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium" I am also given the cough medicine "Delsym" Are these okay to take??
2) When will I get better. I am an emotional wreck because I have been sick for so long, and it needs to end NOW.
3) What else can I do to ensure that I get better by like, tomorow.
Thanks so much!

Walking pneumonia is pneumonia, an infection of the small air-filled sacs of the lung, that does not cause significant disability. People who are affected by walking pneumonia do not require hospitalization and are often able to continue participating in school or work functions.
Treatment is typically with oral antibiotics such as a macrolide like azithromycin or clarithromycin, or a fluoroquinolone, e.g., levofloxacin. Prognosis is excellent with symptoms typically resolving after a week or less.
Symptoms of walking pneumonia include deep bronchial coughing, sharp headache pains, coughing, and shortness of breath.
