Answers: It's it only in you hips, wrists and spine? where is it found mainly? when you have it, is it in all your bones?

it's degradation of bone mass in all bones. calcium is depleted by not getting enough vitamin d and bones begin to get porous and brittle. however, ur body can manufacture D through exposure to UV rays but it's not enough as u get older. it mainly starts after age 40 and progresses through old age. this is why it's dangerous for elderly to break a bone, especially the hip. everybody must eat foods calcium rich and fortified vitamin D

Osteoporosis is systemic. Therefore, all your bones are affected.
