Everyone getting sick doctor help?!
Question: I had a head ache that was about to knock my lights out!
i thought i needed high blood presure pills for the rest of my life!
i prayed that away, thank god,
this super migrane came from work from other sick empoyees trying to make everyone else sick.
i went to the hospital feeling like i was about to drop dead.
my doctor said i had some ordinary flu or something i guess, he said it was like a virus that festered into a bacteria infection, giving me my major faintness, minor fever, blurred vision, and dizzyness.
yea yea hard to believe but it's hard to explain from memory,
i had four different meds, and an ivr of sodiom chloride to help lessen it.
i wasn't the only one with the sympthoms, others left and right near the room i heard talking of the same stuff, one patient said it literaly shut down her imune system, i bet....
there is some crap going on this year in my area everyone is getting it everywhere i go.
can anyone help me understand whats going on?

OK, there are several things going on here.
You got the flu. Lots of people get it, but in your case, it sounds like it clobbered your immune system to a point where another infection could set in. Sinus infection, maybe. Sometimes bacterial pneumonia hops on board with stuff like this, too.
Four different meds were probably one, maybe two antibiotics to take care of the bacterial infection, while the others were probably for relief of the symptoms and to make you more comfortable.
One problem is that bacteria are getting stronger due to overuse of antibiotics. Some bacteria developed a resistance to our drugs, and as a result, infections are getting nastier and longer-lasting.
MRSA is one of the stronger ones, and there have been outbreaks of it everywhere. Best defense: Handwashing. Hot water, vigorous scrubbing, for about thirty seconds (about as long as it takes to sing "Happy Birthday" twice).
The best idea is to take your vitamins and stay home if you're sick. I wish more people would (or could afford to) do this.
