Penile cancer would be rare in a 14 year old. The more common type of cancer for your age group would be testicular cancer. You need to go to your doctor for a clinical examination . . and be perfectly honest about your concerns. He will be able to tell you what this might be or refer you to a specialist for further investigation.

I know two young men who have had testicular cancer. One passed away just a few months ago (after the disease progressed), the other is still in treatment and doing well. (both boys had stage 1 cancer)

Take no chances with this. When in doubt . . always check it out.

Best of luck to you.
