Very irritated/itchy sensations under my testicles (gooch area)!!!?!
Question: I am literally going insane, under my nuts i have the worst itching and burning sensations and I have no idea why. I can barely walk around anymore I get sudden stinging burn and crazy itches especially in the shower. I've tried different creams like Aloe Gel and Vaseline Intense Rescue but its not helping. I just wish the itching would go away because its getting to a point where I can't even wear underwear and its really hard to get any sleep. I dont see any redness but i do see some razor bumps which is probably from shaving with a razor. That explains the burning but I don't understand the intense itching I am getting. I don't think I have herpes but I'm thinking I might have crabs? Does any1 have a clue? Please post here ! Thanks

I'm not sure how/where thrush effects the male genitals,but it sounds like thrush.
Men can only get this though,if they've been near (in a sexual way) to a woman who has it.
It's nothing serious,just a bacteria infection,which women get by eating an unhealthy/sugary diet,hormones and pregnancy and anything else that upsets their vaginal bacteria balance.
The itching from thrush can drive you crazy,it's constant and the burning usually comes from all the itching,because you've scratched the skin off.
There are loads of over the counter creams you can get for this,it's easily treated,just use the cream twice a day for about a week.
Other than that,it could be heat rash or sweat rash,maybe an allergic reaction to soap powder.
Crabs usually itch in the pubic hair area,as thats where they breed (they're just a pubic version of head lice!) and crabs can be caught in lots of ways...washing your clothes in the same load as someone who has crabs,washing your clothes in comunal washing machines,and obviously,being intimate with someone who has crabs.
I'd try getting some cream for thrush though,see if that helps.
Try using an antifungal cream like micatin or one used for athlete foot like tinactin. That may help. Also use a new razor.
Why would you live like this? Its as simple as going to the doctor. None of us knows whats going on with your body. if it's so bad you can hardly sleep why wouldn't you do something about it. You say that you may have crabs, well then you risk exposing anyone you Even share a toilet with. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!! Get checked right away before your nuts fall off!
