Huntington's Disease?!

Question: Ok I am doing this project for biology and these things I couldn't find online.

Is it sex-linked, Autosomal dominant, autosomal recessive, etc

Is it a gene mutation (involving A protein) or a chromosome mutation (involves a piece of entire chromosome)

Whats the treatment (care, cure, prevention if any)

Huntington's disease is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder. It involves a mutation in a gene for a protein called "huntingtin" on chromosome 4 though the exact function of this gene has yet to be truly determined. Unfortunately there is no cure for this disorder. Treatment is largely supportive with the use of classes of medicines called dopamine receptor blockers (like antipsychotics) to treat the chorea (abnormal, uncontrollable movements) and antipsychotics/antidepressants to treat the inevitable psychiatric complications (dementia, psychosis and depression) that occurs with the disease. Genetic counseling is extremely important as children of these patients have a 50% chance of also getting the disease.
