gah i hate those zits here i'll tell you the same thing i told somone else

Well when zits usually hurt that means they are going to burst soon. Take a hot shower for about 20 minutes. Hot showers loosen up the skin and get rid of dirt and oil deep in the pores. Once your done make sure you have a needle prepared on a ledge of the sink. The needle should be as thin as possible. Staralize the needle in hydrogen peroxide or some kind of alchoholic substance. Once you step out of the shower the pimple will be softer. Quickly take the needle and gab it in at the very top of the bump. Push it in slowlely or with a little more force until you hear a pop or you see it in your skin. take the neelde out. There will be appear to be a tiny cut formed from the needle. Take two peices of toilet paper and wrap them around your fingers, Put them on the edges of the bump and squeeze. Squeeze until you start seeing clear fluid or blood. Somtimes you need to give a few extra squeezes to get everything out. After you think you have everything out try once more to make sure nothings in there. Do not use your nails to pop the zit or else it will damage the skin around the pimple making it worse. All you need to push with your finger without japping your nail in at the edges. When your done put some hyrdrogen peroxide on it to clean out that nasty fluid and blood. Afterwards get ice and wrap it in paper and hold it on the popped zit for about 3 minutes. Remove the ice and wait until your skin regains colour from the redness of the cold. If you have some sort of cream based on salysic acid thenput it on the open zit to make sure it does not reform. The salysic acid will kill all the bacteria. You can get a salysic acid based spot treatment at a drugstore try(neutrogena rapid clear spot treatment). Using a needle creates a passage for the fluid inside so when you pop it it won't form into a hudge scab. The needle pinch minimizes the size of the scab. Go to bed and the next morning you'll have a small scab. Just apply cover up onit and it should heal within 4-5 days completely.

****in monotone voice****pop it, its the right thing to do

Pop that nasty thing.. It will eventually decrease that big o zit the next day.

Tone down the inflammation with ice and then use industrial-strength oxygen inducing substance such as 10% benzoyl peroxide or sulfur cream and leave it on overnight.

Alternatively you can also apply fresh citrus fruits to the skin such as ripe orange, the anti-oxidant properties will destroy the bacteria that causes inflammation of the skin.

EDIT: If you want it "popped" go to a qualified dermatologist where they can lance the affected area and drain the fluid. That way infection will be negligible and the skin can heal much faster than if you were to do it yourself with the crude tools you may have at home.

Don't worry about the zit, you'll have another one to keep it company soon.

Stop eating pizza and twinkies and they'll all go away.

it will probably go away a little quicker if you pop it, but there is the chance that it will leave a small scar. my advice would be to drink lots of water, use some coverup before you go out, and buy some proactive to treat and prevent against future pimples.
