My heart speeds up REALLY fast for like 2-3 seconds?!
Question: basically it happens about every 2-3 weeks on average. ill be sitting there and my heart starts beating REALLY fast for like 2-3 seconds and i cant breathe it feels like and then it goes back to normal. what is this? what does it mean? also every once in a while i get this thing where when i breathe in i feel a sharp pain in my chest when i take deep breaths. this is also like every 2-3 weeks.

the racing of the heart may not be racing...it could be throwing an extra beat or two in there....mine did that alo...went to the hospital cause it lasted 1 1/2 days...turns out it was premature atrial contractions....avoid caffiene as this makes it worse
You definitely should seek medical help. Just go to the doctor and have it checked out. I think that's the best, because if you just let this happen over and over again, you may be ruining one of your body parts. So again, just go to a doctor nearby and check it out. ;]
YOU SHOULD GO SEE A DOCTOR IT COULD BE JUST PANIC OR IT COULD BE THE START OF A BLOCKAGE IN YOUR HEART
