Kidney Disease.?!
Question: I have been diagnosed with lupus for 3+ years, and I've recently started to have back pains where my kidneys are supposed to be. I got kicked off my parents health insurance plan when i turned 22 this summer, so at the moment I don't have health insurance. Is there any information you can give me about kidney disease symptoms or any other info, so i can make an education guess if i have it or not.

ya need a urinalysis and cbc,cmp to see what your function is at now...........good luck

I have Lupus and have had numerous kidney issues. In the past I've had kidney infections and now my issues are much more serious. The symptioms I've had have varied, from back pain, stomach pain, tiredness, edema, to foamy urine (from my kidneys secreting to much protein). Like someone suggested WebMd is a good place to start if you want general symptoms.
